Holiday Inn Express : Eugene - Springfield, an IHG Hotel

Helpful cheerful staff. Spacious room. Hot tub and pool which is open. Weekend breakfast which starts at 6. We were there for a volley ball tournament and had to be at the sports facility by 7. Also, They had a lactose free yogurt in the breakfast offerings which I really appreciate!

Our suite was very spacious! I liked having a table and chairs. The temperature controls in each room were nice to have for our different preferences. The laundry room was available with easy access by the elevator. Parking was easily accessible without an additional charge. Fast food, gas and shopping were all nearby. Breakfast was great with a different option each day!

Nice, big, clean and tastefully decorated rooms with good in room coffee and amenities. Bed was little harder than we like, but linens were fresh and clean and LOVED the full sized pillows on the bed instead of the small ones a lot of hotels seem to be using now. Lighting was good, lots of charging ports for electronics. Liked the blinds and how well they kept out first morning light. Was pleasantly surprised at how sound proof the rooms were. Breakfast provided was good and had lots of choices. Great location close to restaurants, shopping, medical center and the freeway. Staff friendly and tried their best to accommodate to the best of their ability.

We stayed for 2 nights due to surgery. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. I mis spoke a couple times at check-in and the desk clerk was very patient and kind. Breakfast had many choices and was good. I recommend the stay. We had 2 bed suite...very clean and spacious.

Very convenient location. Great restaurants within walking distance or short drive. Everything I expect about a Holiday Inn Express: excellent free hot breakfast, large clean rooms/bathrooms, fitness room, pool, free parking and wifi, comfortable beds, very well maintained and clean facilities, friendly and professional staff.
